Omi's Spare Rib Sauce

150ml Red Wine
8 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 Big Tablespoons Tomato Paste
4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
2 Heaped teaspoons Powdered Ginger
2 Heaped teaspoons Mustard Powder
6 Cloves of garlic - crushed.
3 Teaspoons Tabasco Sauce

Mix all together - pour over ribs - pop in pre-heated oven ( Moderate )
